Plans

Every plan has every protection. They differ in servers, history, staff and extras:

First month with 7 extra days: an organization's first monthly payment (card or MB WAY) is charged in full and lasts 1 month and 7 days. By card, the next charge only comes after those 7 days. Once per organization.

Limits come from the organization's best active license and are shown in Licenses → Your plan. History older than the plan allows is deleted by the daily maintenance; in Settings you can keep less, never more.

Enterprise has an agreed price: talk to us on Discord or by e-mail.

Paying by card

In Licenses → Buy a plan → Pay by card you go to Stripe to pay securely (SafeGuard never sees card details). The subscription renews automatically and the license is extended to the end of each paid period.

In Manage subscription you can change the card, download invoices or cancel. After cancelling, the license stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Paying with MB WAY

1. In Licenses → Pay with MB WAY, enter the phone number you will pay from.
2. Send the amount shown by MB WAY to the number shown, with the reference (for example SG-7K3QX9) in the description.
3. Press I have paid.
4. We confirm the transfer by hand, usually within a few hours, and you get an e-mail when the license is active.

MB WAY pays one period at a time (it does not renew by itself). Before the end you get e-mail reminders to renew. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days.

When the license expires

The server is not left unprotected: SafeGuard keeps protecting in local mode. You lose the dashboard, history and shared rules until you renew.
