Cancellation and refunds

Version of 2026-09-24. The Portuguese version prevails in case of doubt.

Cancelling

• Card: Licenses → Manage subscription → Cancel. The subscription stops renewing and the license stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• MB WAY: nothing renews automatically; just do not pay again. Orders not yet paid can be cancelled on the Licenses page.

Once the license expires, SafeGuard keeps protecting the server in local mode.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (outside your trade or profession), you may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Because you ask for the service to start immediately, we refund what you paid minus the part proportional to the days already used. To withdraw, write to equipa@safeguardac.online with the account e-mail and the payment reference.

This right does not apply to purchases made for a business or profession.

Other refunds

• Duplicate charges or charges made by our mistake: full refund.
• The Service does not work on your server because of us and we cannot fix it: we refund the first payment if you ask within the first 14 days.
• Outside these cases, partial periods are not refunded after you cancel.

How refunds are made

By the same means as the payment: to the card (Stripe) or by MB WAY/bank transfer to the number or account given, within 14 days of accepting the request.
